The seventeenth edition of Byinks Foundation’s anniversary program was a remarkable & memorable program filled with energy, fun, entertainment, with philanthropy in an impactful way. Twenty widows received fifty thousand naira cash as support from Byinks Foundation to unveil the 2024 empowerment initiative. This event happens to be the first of its kind to be witnessed at the Blue Roof, Lateef Jakande, LTV, Alausa, Lagos.
The event commenced with:

1. Registration of widows for medical check-up and proper arrangement of widows in accordance to their reserved seats. One year of Health insurance was given to new widows, while previous widows’ health insurance was renewed for another year. A thorough health checks were done from weight, Blood pressure, eyes, sugar level, thorough bone sulfur, and other important general checks depending on the widow’s request.
   
2. The opening prayer was done by the oldest widow (Byinks Foundation) to give all glory and honor to the Most High God.
   
3. The welcome address was done by Mrs Anthea Osagbobu (Byinks Foundation executive secretary), a representative from Lagos state, and the permanent secretary of LASHMA.
   
4. The lead sponsor’s speech was made by the Access Holding Plc Representative
   
5. Adebayo’s praise thrilled and entertained the widows with saxophone music, and they all sang along. Mrs. Banire Damilola and MC Bash entertained the audience with exciting comedy.
   
6. Founder’s speech was given by the President of Byinks Foundation. Mr. Banire Olayinka Sharafa unveils his plans and support to cater to the widows. The President advises the widows of financial literacy, the
   sustainability of Byinks Foundation business support to them, as a good mother to the children, they should live a Godly life, they should be patient, and continue to pray to the foundation to do more. The President also mentioned increasing the widows from 1000 to 5000. The president also mentioned the continuation of Monthly stipends to widows above 65 years and less privileged Aged retirees. We also extending to the other part of the country.
   
7. One thousand widows were catered for with lots of nourishing refreshment.
   
8. Mrs FOLASHADE Shotomide unveiled the fifty thousand cash Grant as twenty widows received the sum of fifty thousand naira each for empowerment from Byinks 2024 empowerment initiative.
   
9. Numerous widows shared their testimonies and gratitude towards the foundation and also acknowledged the endless support.
   
10. Interlude by the Disk jockey, DJ Rolex, as he played quality music to entertain the widows.
    
11. Unveiling of food packages to one thousand widows was done by the General Manager of LTV8, Mrs. Adesola Ibironke Kosoko unveiled One thousand food relief packages were unveiled to one thousand widows.
    
12. Closing prayer was done by Mrs. Akinyemi Oluyemisi to mark a memorable and successful event.
    
13. Distribution of food relief packages was done in rows as seated under the supervision of the president, Mr. Banire Olayinka, MC Bash, Mrs Banire Damilola, and a few other selected representatives, while the exit of the widows from the event was monitored by Mr. Toafeek.
